Refund Policy

At DOTGRAY ANALYTICS PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to make the return and refund experience as straightforward as possible.
Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed according to the terms below.

Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval of a refund. The returned product must meet the requirements of our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Refund Processing

  • After we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it.
  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be initiated through the applicable payment method or process used for the original purchase.
  • The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on:

3. Original Payment Method

  • Where possible, approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the order.

4. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, where applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is related to:

  • A damaged product received by the customer

  • Another circumstance where a refund of shipping charges is required under applicable law

Return shipping costs may also vary depending on the reason for the return.

5. Partial Refunds

8. Cancelled Orders

  • If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch and the payment has already been collected, the applicable refund will be processed according to our cancellation terms.
  • If an order has already been dispatched, the cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure after delivery.

9. Refund for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs.
After verification, DOTGRAY ANALYTICS PRIVATE LIMITED may provide a replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.
